INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES

HOW YOU SAY SOMETHING MAY BE MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT
YOU SAY!!!!
>> EYE CONTACT: Look at the other person so he knows
you are talking to him.
>> BODY POSITION: Have your body close enough and facing
towards the person you are talking to. Hold your head up!
>> HAND MOVEMENTS: Relax your hands and arms. No pointing,
no still hands at your sides, and no arms folder across your chest.
>> FACIAL EXPRESSION: Be sure your face matches what
you are saying. If you are serious, don’t smile or giggle.
>> VOICE TONE AND LOUDNESS: A normal, even voice is
better than a loud and screaming voice. Don’t whisper or stutter.
>> FLUENCY: Speak clearly and slowly. This is better
than rapid and hesitating speech.
>> THINK BEFORE YOU SAY SOMETHING: Don’t be impulsive.
Don’t say the first thing that pops into your mind. It may be the wrong
thing.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF – YOU CAN DO IT!!! |
